Alfredo pasta with walnut/sundried tomato ‘sausage’ sitting on bed of tossed romain. Cucumbers and red/orange peppers give it wonderful texture! If wanting a bit more texture, rest the noodles on a bed of just cucumbers. I slice up an entire cucumber and use it as a ‘bed’ for all kinds of delicious dishes! It’s my latest obsession, crisp, organic cucumbers!
I will post recipes soon. While this dish was GREAT, I was stuck at home with super minimal ingredients so I would have personally added some other ingredients to both the walnut meat AND to my alfredo. I promise you will not be disappointed and it will be worth the wait! (Taken with instagram)
