Healing smoothies! Antioxidant powerhouse this smoothie is! Ooops! I broke a rib! Over the past week I have had to eat some foods I wish I hadnt. OK so they were REALLY good, however really fattening, cooked and processed. When you have to rely on others to take care of you, you cant really be to damanding. So, I have had a week full of cooked fatty foods, laying on the couch and So You Think You Can Dance and Friends marathons. Also, it turns out that I have a RAGING sweet tooth when I am layed up. I am determined to get this rib back in proper form ASAP. I get depressed quickly when I cant be active. I just started working with a personal trainer and was STOKED for the amazing results I was seeing. So I am out of commission for what will hopefully be just another week. I LOVE training and miss it! I look forward to starting a video series on raw nutrition AND fitness! I am on a mission to dance again so my trainer is working with me on obtaining that goal! So, here I am. Broken rib and in need of detox AND healing foods. I am now able to walk around and relatively fend for mysel so my diet will be more to my bodies liking!
