&lt;p&gt;I fought with posting a almond mylk recipe as you can find them in abundance on the internet. Im not sure what recipes are out there or their ratio of ingredients but I, of course, think my recipe is the best :) You can go to youtube to watch how the process works while working with this recipe. It could prove useful when trying to use the mylk bag for the first time!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;What you will need:&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nut mylk bag (also works great as a re-usable produce bag)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;High speed blender &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Large bowl with lip for easy pouring. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cups raw almonds (soaked 10 minutes)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4.5 cups filtered water &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dash of pink salt &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp Alcohol free vanilla &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 Dates (soaked 10 minutes) OR 1 tablespoon Coconut sweetener. (Agave would also work) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Add ingredients to high speed blender and blend on high for 3 cycles. This will ensure the almonds break down as much as possible producing the richest flavors! Once blended, pour contents into the mylk bag that is lined or placed inside the large bowl.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Slowly let the liquid drain into the bowl while squeezing from top to bottom. Squeezing the mylk from the bag.Continue the process until all the liquid has drained into the bowl leaving nothing left but the almond pulp.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Date and store your mylk in the fridge. Stays fresh for up to 7 days!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TIP: Keep your almond pulp and make my Almond Pulp Ricotta Style Cheese!!! I store extra almond pulp in my freezer so I always have some available! I also use my pulp for moist cakes and desserts! Stay tuned for recipes that utilize the almond pulp. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Firstly, I love working with straps during my work outs. I incorporate them as much as possible. It helps with coordination, balance and fine tuning small muscle groups often missed by stationary machines. If you are looking to strengthen your core and overall fitness level, look no further!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Positives: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cheap addition to your home gym. This set will set you back approximately $30. Home fitness equipment can get costly and for $30, you get plethora of great variations on staples such as lunges, dips, push ups and squats. WELL worth the $30&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Well constructed and durable material! This is a quality product that you can feel good about. I know this $30 investment will last me a long time before (if ever) I see noticeable wear. A with all equipment please inspect regularly to avoid injury! &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adjustable heights for optimizing fitness levels. There are different ‘anchoring’ points at which to adjust your straps. This is great for different exercises, fitness levels  and creating space between yourself and the door. I am able to perform &lt;a href="http://www.beastskills.com/one-legged-squat-the-pistol/" title="Pistol Squats" target="_blank"&gt;Pistol Squats&lt;/a&gt; with no problem and plenty of space between myself and any obstacles. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adds variation and excitement to your routine while providing exceptional fitness level advancement. With regular use I know you can expect to see some major changes in your overall fitness and strength levels. This will bring my running to an all new level with regular use. For myself, I am able to strengthen my hips (I have &lt;a href="http://www.medicinenet.com/hip_bursitis/article.htm" title="Hip Bursitis" target="_blank"&gt;Hip Bursitis&lt;/a&gt;) allowing better overall fitness and comfort. Now… this last bit is going to hold true by utilizing straps in general to your routine. I just want to stress, that with THIS set as well.. you can look forward to the same results. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Negatives:    &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;There are no clips or other devices that allow me to take this product outside. As a runner (or outside enthusiast) , I would LOVE to be able to take these with me and implement them outside on a tree, bike rack or any other sturdy foundation. Unfortunately, they are for indoor use only. A door is absolutely required! &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Not ideal for small apartments. I live in a apartment and struggle to use these at their fullest potential. While my apartment is spacious enough, all my doors are in tight hallways. Currently… I set this up on my bathroom door frame while slanting ever so slightly so so I can work out in my bedroom. THIS is where the ability to take them outside would benefit everyone, including the company to minimize possible returns. I do find a certain level of stress when using my gravity trainer due to the fact that I KNOW I am not capable of doing everything I could otherwise. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, in conclusion, I recommend this product if you are looking for a great addition to your indoor home gym, with little investment. Utilizing cables in your routine will change your life! &lt;a href="http://www.amazon.com/Reebok-05-59299-Gravity-Trainer/dp/B008R65THS" title="Amazon" target="_blank"&gt;Amazon&lt;/a&gt; has a great price on this product HOWEVER, Target sells them in stores for $33.05. I would recommend Target as there could be a likelihood for returning due to lack of door or doorway space. &lt;p&gt;Brace yourself, These are addictive. I love keeping kale chips around the house because I am a grazer and snack enthusiast! I could not keep these at my restaurant as they would FLY off the shelf! These are a great treat for ANYONE and I feel confident slapping a ‘Taste Guarantee’ sticker on these bad boys! Even you picky eaters will LOVE and your children will have found a love of Kale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have rules for my raw recipes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;#1 Use as minimal amount of ingredients as possible. I like to stick to the 5 ingredients or less rule….. It doesnt ALWAYS work :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;#2 Kid approved. If my recipes can be kid approved… I feel like I have won the lottery. I like sophisticated flavors BUT… I am HUGE with child nutrition outreach.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;#3 They must be simple with easy to follow directions and made with common ingredients. My goal is to make REAL food for REAL people. Everyday, busy people like you and I! So here they are.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope you enjoy as much as I do!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Equipment needed:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Blender &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dehydrator or oven&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup Raw Tahini&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 cloves Garlic &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cup chopped Red Onion &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 small Red Bell Peppers &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 Jalapeno (use only 1/2 the seeds) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cups Raw Cashews (soaked 5 minutes) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 Tsp Cayenne &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 Tsp Smoke Paprika &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dash of pink salt  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup Water if needed &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Toss all ingredients in a blender (putting liquids and high water content ingredients first) and blend. If you do not have a high speed blender, blend approx 5 times! This mixture will cover approx 2 to 3 bunches of Kale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Break the Kale into bite sized pieces and massage Cheeze through out for 2 minutes. Deydrate at 118 for 24 hours. I use every tray in my 9 tray Excalibur. If using a oven, heat at lowest setting possible and bake until crispy! &lt;p&gt;Romain (1 small head), ribbon cut&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 cup Quinoa, cooked &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 an avocado, sliced&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 Spears Purple Asparagus &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sprinkle Micro Greens or Pea Shoots&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 Large pinch Nutritional Yeast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Annies Goddess Dressing (to taste)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1) Cook Quinoa and set aside. Allow to cool (I like go make large batches and keep some stored in my refrigerator).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2)  Sear Asparagus and set aside (5 minutes)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Toss Romain in dressing and then pile in center of the plate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) Layer the quinoa and asparagus followed by the sliced avocado, micro greens and nutritional yeast! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This salad is incredibly easy to throw together. I keep a large batch of cooked quinoa ready for use in my fridge. It is a topper for nearly all of my salads these days. Annies Goddess dressing is one of my favorite shelf stable, grocery store dressings. While I make a raw version that is Tahini based, sometimes it is nice to have things at your disposal :) &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;blockquote&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tahini Sauce:&lt;br/&gt; 1 cup tahini paste&lt;br/&gt; 1/4 cup plus more, if necessary, lemon juice&lt;br/&gt; 2 small cloves garlic, minced&lt;br/&gt; 1/2 to 3/4 cup water, as needed&lt;br/&gt; 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br/&gt; Make the sauce by combining the tahini paste, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl and stirring to combine. Add the water a little at a time as needed to form a smooth, creamy sauce approximately the thickness of heavy cream. (Note that the sauce might appear to separate for a bit before enough water has been added; just keep adding more water bit by bit and stirring until the sauce comes together.) &lt;p&gt;Waking up to a cold foggy morning today made me crave a hearty warmed breakfast. Instead of reaching for the starchy potatoes, reach for this nutrient dense, protein packed powerhouse! A lot of people ask for raw breakfast ideas and this is one I have enjoyed for years. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the scramble base I use a combination of sunflower seeds and almonds. Depending on my mood, I change up the spices to create different flavors. This particular recipe just happens to be my favorite! This recipe can be cut in half, however, it holds up well in the fridge and you can have something on hand!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Scramble:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup Almonds &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup Sunflower Seeds&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.5 TB Curry Powder&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 tsp Chili Powder&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dash of Salt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 TB Flaxseed Oil&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Directions: Soak the almonds and sunflowers seeds for 15 minutes and drain water. Place the soaked nuts/seeds in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and pulse. It may take a decent amount of pulsing to get a good consistency. Take a spatula and work ingredients together… continue to pulse until desired consistency is achieved. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Kale Bed:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 Bunch De-Stemmed Kale&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Handful of sliced onions&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 Minced Cloves of Garlic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dash of Olive Oil&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Directions: Sautee the garlic, red peppers and onions in a sauce pan. When finished add the Kale and cover pan. Once lightly steamed, remove from stove top and place on plate. Place approximately 3/4 cup Scramble on top of kale and enjoy :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Garnish with Nutritional Yeast and Cracked Pepper! Would also be great with a cashew sour cream! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;*To make this completely raw, Marinate the kale (Dash of olive oil, dash of salt and massage kale until soft and bright green). &lt;p&gt;The key to green smoothies is citrus. Oranges cut away that ‘bitter’ or ‘dirty’ taste that scares most new comers! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;INGREDIENTS:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2 cups frozen mango&lt;br/&gt;
1 cup frozen strawberries&lt;br/&gt;
The fresh juice of 3 large oranges&lt;br/&gt;
1.5 cups baby spinach&lt;br/&gt;
2-3 leaves de-stemmed kale&lt;br/&gt;
*optional* &lt;br/&gt;
1TB raw acai powder&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is amazing and wonderful to keep around the house. If you dehydrate this it will have a longer shelf life, however… If you do not… It will still be good for approx. 1 week in the fridge! I serve this in a red cabbage taco shell topped with my raw cashew sour cream and corn/avocado salsa. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br/&gt;
1 cup raw organic walnuts (soaked for 10 min) &lt;br/&gt;
1 tsp Cumin&lt;br/&gt;
2 tsp Chili Powder&lt;br/&gt;
Pinch Garlic Powder&lt;br/&gt;
Pinch Pink Salt (more to taste)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In small bowl add all spices and enough water to turn into a medium consistancy paste. Set aside. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Drain walnuts and put in blender or food processor. Pulse approx. 30 seconds&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mix taco seasoning paste and walnuts together. For best results massage by hand. Gobble this shit up! Literally spoon it your food hole! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;*Cheaters guide: Use a organic Taco seasoning packet that does NOT contain preservatives. Use 1/2 the packet or double batch this up and use 2 cups walnuts*&lt;/p&gt;
